A hydraulic hoist is generally composed of a hydraulic system and a hydraulic cylinder. Under the control of the hydraulic system, the piston body within the hydraulic cylinder undergoes axial reciprocating motion, thereby driving the connecting rod and gate attached to the piston to perform linear motion, achieving the purpose of opening and closing the orifice. The hydraulic hoist is a new type of hoisting machinery that integrates machinery, electricity, hydraulics, and instrumentation. It is primarily composed of a hydraulic cylinder, along with an assembly of oil pump, motor, oil tank, oil filter, and hydraulic control valve. The working principle is based on the motor as the power source, which drives the bidirectional oil pump to output pressure oil. This oil, through components such as the oil manifold block, drives the piston rod to control the opening and closing of the gate. The motor, oil pump, hydraulic control valve, and hydraulic cylinder can be mounted on the same axis, or can be installed on different axes as required. Simply connecting the control power supply of the motor enables the piston rod to reciprocate. The hydraulic control valve assembly consists of valves such as relief valves, speed control valves, and hydraulic check valves. It can be designed according to the working requirements of the hoist, forming a combination valve that meets its operational conditions. The extension and retraction of the piston rod are controlled by the forward and reverse rotation of the motor, offering features such as flexible action, accurate stroke control, and overload protection. When operation is obstructed, the pressure in the oil circuit increases to a preset limit, and the relief valve quickly and accurately overflows, implementing overload protection. The electric operation will not burn out within the rated value. The hoist’s oil manifold block is designed with a self-locking mechanism. When the hoist reaches the preset stroke end, the motor automatically stops rotating, and the piston rod is locked in this position, maintaining a pressure-maintaining state.
