Cast Iron Gates

The cast iron circular gate is an ideal equipment for water supply and drainage and sewage treatment, which has been designed and improved by our factory based on the absorption of advanced structures and processes from both domestic and international sources. The manufacturing and processing of this gate comply with the Ministry of Construction’s CJ/T3006-1992 standard and the American AWWA standard. It is widely used in water supply and drainage projects in municipal administration, petroleum, chemical industry, power stations, metallurgy, coal, light industry, food, pharmaceuticals, water conservancy, sewage treatment, etc. For applications with a nominal pressure below 0.1 MPa, it is used at pipeline entrances and intersections, sedimentation basins, sewage channels, raw water intake wells, clean water reservoirs, etc., to cut off or dredge water flow or adjust water levels. It is used in combination with a handwheel-type hoist. Structural Features: This gate consists of components such as a gate frame, gate plate, guide rail, rubber sealing strip, and adjustable sealing mechanism. This gate features simple structure, good sealing performance, strong wear resistance, easy operation, convenient installation, long service life, and wide adaptability.

The shapes of cast iron gates after forming are mostly square, round, but also include fan-shaped, curved, etc. However, there are different requirements in casting. They can be made into cast iron inlaid copper square gates, cast iron inlaid copper round gates, double-seal cast iron inlaid copper or non-inlaid copper double-seal cast iron gates, as well as single-seal cast iron gates, flat high-head cast iron gates, integrated mechanical and gate cast iron gates, assembled cast iron gates, concealed rod cast iron gates, adjustable weir gates, fan-shaped cast iron gates, etc. According to customer needs, we can cast ultra-wide and ultra-large rectangular gates, high-head cast iron gates, also known as high-pressure cast iron gates.
