Cast Iron Gates

The cast iron copper-inlaid gate is primarily composed of components such as the gate frame, gate body, guide rail, wedge device, and sealing surface. It is utilized for urban water supply and drainage, chemical flood control, hydraulic engineering structures, water outlets, and for switching or cutting off water flow in channels. It can be widely applied in waterworks, wastewater treatment plants, urban rainwater and sewage pumping stations, and water conservancy and flood control industries.

The upper door frame is cast integrally from ductile iron, with guide slots on both sides that serve as guide rails for the door to lift and lower after precision machining. The plane of the door frame is precision-machined using a planer and a vertical lathe, and a groove is machined on each side to accommodate the bronze sealing surface.

The gate can be equipped with a dual-purpose electric and manual hoist, or a manual hoist, as well as components such as a screw rod, door frame, door body, water stop rubber, lifting lugs, and pin shafts. It boasts excellent sealing performance, and after prolonged use and wear, the sealing device can be replaced via the screw to maintain normal operation. The gate features a reasonable structure, good sealing performance, and is convenient for installation, commissioning, use, and maintenance, with reliable performance. The gate plate and door frame are made of stainless steel, making it suitable for use in sewage-corrosive environments.
